LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A homeless man was arrested on school property for public intoxication, and that initial charge led to more charges.

La Follette Police came across Cory Brown early Sunday evening at East La Follette School and arrested him for public intoxication (PI). Additionally, Brown was charged with felony possession, two counts, in a school zone along with tampering with or fabricating evidence.

The 27-year old Brown remains housed in the Campbell County Jail this morning and is due in court on July 5. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 06/16/2022-6AM)
