Vickie L. Wallace Phillips, age 68, of LaFollette, formerly of Lake City, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022.  She was a member of Willowbrook Baptist Church and was retired as a Hospice Care LPN.  Preceded in death by Husband: Ricky Phillips, Son: Keith Phillips, Parents: Jim and Georgina Wallace

Sisters: Joanne (Roger) Whitaker, Barbara Wallace

Niece: Jacey Wallace

Nephews: Jake and Riley Wallace

Special Friends: Jane Phillips and Louanne Labadie

Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM Thursday, June 16 with Memorial Service to follow at Willowbrook Baptist Church in Lake City, Rev. Roger Leach officiating. Private Interment will be in Campbell Memorial Gardens.
