Palestine Richard Dial age, 75 of Speedwell Tn went to be with the lord on Wednesday June 8, 2022. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a graduate of the University of Tennessee in 1985 majoring in political science and a minor degree in psychology. He served in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper and he also served in the U.S. Navy and the Merchant Marines. He was a retired counselor from Helen Ross McNabb Center in Knoxville and formerly worked as a parole officer at Brushy Mountain Prison. He loved spending time with his family and friends and loved riding his motorcycle.
He is preceded in death by; grandparents, Alvis and Nannie Paul; mother, Mary Lucille Jordan; father, Virgil Dial; Brother, Keaton and wife Malinda Jordan; and Steven Dial.

He is survived by his daughters, Brenda Dial, Melinda and husband Lynn Vinsant; Grandsons, Benjamen and Branden Vinsant; Brother, Tim and wife Stacy Jordan; sister, Angela Jordan; cousin Gail Bartholomew, lifelong friends David Willoughby, Jim Cole, and Joe Flurry.

Family and friends will meet at 1:00PM Saturday June, 18 at Glade Springs Cemetery for a graveside service officiated by Brother Lance Lawson and Rev. Lynn Albright with military honors presented by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
