Charles Richard “C.R.” Aiken, age 79, of Jacksboro passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2022.  He was a member of Jacksboro United Methodist Church since 1969 and retired after 43 years from the Caryville/Jacksboro Utilities.  Preceded in death by Grandparents: L. D. Aiken and Amanda Aiken, Mother: Nannie H. Aiken

Wife: Betty Aiken, wife of 58 years

Daughter: Teresa King

Son:  Dewayne Aiken

Granddaughters: Trinity King (Fiancé Jonathan Gibson) and Raven Aiken

Special Friend:  Clarence Lowe

A host of friends from Jacksboro United Methodist Church

Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM Friday, June 10 at Jacksboro United Methodist Church with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM, Rev. Keith Hampson officiating.  Family and friends will meet at 10:00 AM Saturday, June 11 at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Bakers Forge Cemetery for an 11:00 AM Interment Service.
