The Caryville Fire Department has set up the landing zone (LZ) at the Caryville ballfield for the medical helicopter to airlift the patient from the truck-train wreck to a Knoxville hospital.

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – A pick-up truck collided with a train not long before 12:30pm on Thursday.

This happened on old Highway 63 northwest of Caryville in the Turley community.
