Joseph Daniel Adkins, age 38, of Clairfield

Joseph Daniel Adkins, age 38, of Clairfield, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022, at his home.
He was born on June 9, 1983, in La Follette to Billy Adkins and Barbara (Gibson) Adkins who survive.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by brother, Billy Adkins, Jr., of Clairfield; seven uncles, Donald Adkins, Lloyd Adkins, Jerry Adkins, Billy Gibson, Ben Gibson, Jimmy Gibson and George Gibson, all of La Follette and four aunts, Helen Freeman, Gail Paul, and husband, Chester, Judy Walden, and husband, Edd, and Regina Boshears, and husband, Jeff, all of La Follette.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday afternoon, May 6, 2022, beginning at noon at the Cox & Son Funeral Home Chapel.

The funeral will follow on Friday afternoon, May 6, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., at the Cox & Son Funeral Home Chapel.
Graveside service and interment will immediately follow the funeral service in the Fonde Church of God Cemetery.

Cox & Son Funeral Home of Jellico is in charge of all arrangements.
