LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Young Emmett received some direction from his Mamaw Maggie and away he went at Friday morning’s Easter Egg Hunt hosted by the City of La Follette.

An impressive number of youngsters and their family members and friends turned out at two different egg hunting venues; first Liberty Park and then Seargeant Park.

Emmett’s egg hunt was at Seargeant Park.
It was a good time had by all on Friday in La Follette.

The fun began at 9am at Liberty Park for boys and girls ages 8 and up. At 9:30am at Seargeant Park, youngsters ages 1 to 7 hunted for Easter Eggs. There were prize eggs, and the Easter Bunny was also on hand.

The older youngsters were anxious to begin their hunt at Liberty Park.
