Shirley Rogers of the Hill & Valley Garden Club snipped the pink ribbon Thursday morning signaling the opening of the Dogwood Trails in La Follette.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A steady, chilly breeze made for a cool ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday morning at 10am on South Tennessee Avenue in front of City Hall. See Charlie Hutson’s photo gallery HERE.

The pink ribbon was snipped by longtime member of the Hill & Valley Garden Club Shirley Rogers as a healthy crowd gathered on the closed off street.
