NEWCOMB, TN (WLAF) – A Newcomb man was taken into custody at his 135 Shady Pine Lane home not long after midnight on March 31.

Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy Justin Phillips had a warrant for the arrest of 36-year- old Joshua Lee Fontana and made contact with Fontana at 12:20am. According to the arrest report from the sheriff’s office, it was a capias bench warrant out of general sessions court for failure to pay fines.

Fontana is free on his own recognizance and is due in court tomorrow morning. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 04/11/2022-6AM)
