LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Campbell County High School held its golf banquet on Wednesday evening at the Grand on Central. 

According to CCHS Golf Coach Michael Cain, the players have all worked hard over the season. This year saw 14 golfers, with six seniors receiving their letter.

Two CCHS seniors are continuing their golfing careers through college. Morgan Gray will be attending Maryville College and playing golf, while senior Jack Leach will be playing at Walters State.

According to Cain, he has coached most of the seniors for all four years and has had “some of the best times.” This season was a “great season,” according to Cain.

“We were blessed with a good season. Everyone improved so much match to match, and everyone put the time in to get better,” Cain said.
