This was a most successful clean up in September 2020.

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Mark your calendar for Saturday, March 26, for the next lake and shoreline clean-up of litter and trash material above and below Indian River Marina on Norris Lake. Volunteers will meet at 9am at the marina and work until 1pm.

Litter bags, pick-up tools, boats to haul helpers, trucks to carry off litter, and lunch will be provided. “We will also have T-Shirts for all those who come out to help,” said Glennis Monday, Campbell Litter Control Officer. Monday adds that if you want to bring your own boat, that’s great.
