Mrs. Vinnie Dawn Stanfield, age 72 of LaFollette passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022.  She was retired from Community Trust Bank, and was a devout Christian who loved sharing her faith and encouraging others.  Vinnie was a fervent prayer warrior who would always lift people up. She enjoyed reading her Bible, connecting with friends on Facebook, and watching Christian programming.  Vinnie truly loved her Grandchildren, and being a part of their activities and sporting events.  Preceded in death by Parents, William and Helen Dossett Dobos, and Sister, Jenene Dobos.

Survivors:  Loving Husband of 51 years, Mike Stanfield; Daughter, Lisa Lester and husband, Brent; Son; Shaun Stanfield; Grandchildren, Hunter Stanfield, Chloe Lester, Will Lester, and Bella Lester; Brothers-in-Law, George Stanfield and wife, Doris, David Stanfield and wife, Velvet, and Scott Stanfield and wife, Glyna; Sisters-in-Law, Beverly Hall and Brenda Russell and husband, Wayne.  Several Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives and friends.    

Funeral Services Friday, March 18, 2022, 8:00  P.M. at LaFollette Church of God with Pastor Michael Dent officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. before Funeral Services at the Church.  Friends and family will meet Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Woodlawn Cemetery for 11:00 A.M. Graveside Services and Interment.

  2. I am sorry to hear about the passing of Vinnie! My family, the Community Trust family, and I send our prayers and condolences to Vinnie’s family. She always had a smile on her face when I was around her. I enjoyed her laugh!
