Wlaf1450Mr. Melvin “Glenn” Payne, age 79, of Caryville, died peacefully in his home surrounded by his family Wednesday afternoon March 16, 2022 at 2:30 PM.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Payne; daughters, Sherri Amaro and husband Greg, Lorrie Moser, and husband Scott; stepchildren Rodney Green and Sissy Bruce, Becky Hendren and husband Terrell; grandchildren Greg Amaro and wifeUsanee, Tarra Duckham and husband Darren, Rachel Hendren, Lauren Hendren; great grandchild, Mabel Amaro, and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday March 19, 2022 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home from 5 PM to 7 PM with funeral service to follow with Rev. J.J. Patterson officiating. The family will meet on Sunday March 20, 2022 at 10:30AM at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in funeral procession to Valley View Cemetery for an 12 PM interment.
