JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – It was the wrong place at the wrong time for Michael Roger Cote. Cote was in general sessions court on Feb. 15 when he was spotted by Campbell County Sheriff’s Sgt. Tosha Tackett.

The sergeant was aware that Cote was wanted on an active warrant and placed him under arrest.

Cote, 47, 320 Country Side Circle, Jacksboro faces a charge of theft of property under a thousand dollars. A court date of March 29 is ahead for Cote who is free on bond this morning. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 02/23/2022-6AM)
