Stephanie Lynne Goins age 53 of LaFollette, passed away on Saturday, February 12th, 2022, at the Turkey Creek Medical Center in Knoxville.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Margaret (Goins) Greene; grandmother, Emma Goins.
Stephanie is survived by her daughter, Emily Spradlin and Craig Morris of LaFollette; granddaughters, Scarlett Silcox and Mia Morris; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation for Stephanie will be on Wednesday, February 16th, 2022, in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
