JELLICO, TN (WLAF) – Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy Raymond Surber’s familiarity of a suspect led to the 28th arrest of Darrell Joseph Kidwell.

According to the arrest report from the sheriff’s office, Surber observed Kidwell walking in the Jellico Towers on Broad Street last Tuesday evening around 7pm. Surber said Kidwell has been cited and arrested in the past for criminal trespassing at Jellico Towers. The deputy said he had several prior reports before this incident that Kidwell has been on the property entering the building through a window.

Kidwell, 39, of 706 Stinking Creek Road, La Follette, was arrested and transported to the Campbell County Jail. He was charged with aggravated criminal trespassing. Kidwell is free on bond awaiting an April court date. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 02/07/2022-6AM)
