Glen B. Partin, age 87, of the Buck Creek Community of Williamsburg, Kentucky, passed away early Monday morning, January 3, 2022, at the Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center in Williamsburg, KY.

He was born on August 18, 1934, to the late Vick Partin and Elaner( Whitaker) Partin in Claiborne County, TN.
He was a Christian and attended the Mt. Ash Church of God.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 61years, Mildred Deloris (Stephens) Partin; two grandchildren, Christopher Lawson and Gordy Veach; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Rev. George Stephens and Gladys Stephens.

He is survived by five children, Gail Lawson, and Harold Taylor, Kay Partin, Darrell Partin, and wife, Judy, Cathy Hamblin, and husband, Mont, and James Partin, and wife, Dawn; 12 grandchildren, Adam Lawson, Jason Veach, Travis Veach, and wife, Pam, Junior “Jack” Veach, Joshua Partin, and wife, Miranda, Chassidy Nelson, and husband, Oreo, Mont Hamblin, II, Abigail (Hamblin) Morgan, and husband, Wallace, Austin Partin, Zak Partin, Hannah Partin, and Hunter Partin; 16 great-grandchildren; one brother ,Frank Partin, and wife, Phyllis, of Lafayette, Indiana; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends, neighbors and other relatives to mourn his passing.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Cox & Son Funeral Home Chapel.

The funeral will immediately follow on Wednesday afternoon, January 5, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. the Cox & Son Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ulys Cox officiating.

Burial will follow in the Partin Family Cemetery located in the Buck Creek Community of Whitley County, KY.

Cox & Son Funeral Home of Jellico is in charge of all arrangements.
