On the afternoon of Wednesday, December 22, a raid was conducted at this mobile home at 167 Spruce Lane, just off Park Road at Caryville.

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – A comment to a story WLAF first brought you on Tuesday was released Wednesday afternoon from Campbell County Sheriff Robbie Goins. “Several undercover operations are constantly happening in our community.  If you are a drug dealer, then you should be ready to be busted at any time.  We won’t stop until our streets are safe and every criminal faces justice,” said the sheriff.

Goins’ detectives, Drug Investigation Division and SWAT Team continue methodically making drug arrests around Campbell County. Last Wednesday afternoon, the teams executed a narcotics search warrant at a home on Spruce Lane at Caryville.

Sergeant Joe Hopson offers in his account of the raid that while members searched the home, they located two packages labeled suboxone believed to be a schedule III controlled substance. Other pills thought to be schedule II, IV and V controlled substances were also discovered at the mobile home at 167 Spruce Lane, just off Park Road.

The person of interest, 47-year old Cheryl Elaine Marlow, allegedly admitted to selling Suboxone.

The person of interest, 47-year old Cheryl Elaine Marlow, allegedly admitted to selling Suboxone. Additionally, drug parphernalia consisting of syringes, pipes, marijuana grinders and scales were also found inside the home.

Investigators found a photo copy of a $20 bill. They believe Marlow recreated the U-S currency in order to defraud businesses.
