Everywhere you look around the convenience center grounds, you see changes taking place.

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – The Towe String Road Convenience Center staff is balancing serving Campbell Countians all the while helping them navigate their way safely around and through the construction taking place at the center.

Bill Rutherford, the Director of Environmental Services, thanks you for your patience as upgrades are made all the while staff members are striving to serve you.

The center is undergoing major upgrades that will benefit everyone when it’s all said and done. “We want our tax payers to know that we’re not trying to make it an inconvenience, but we’re asking them to understand that there are ditches, trenches and equipment around the center grounds during our improvement project,” said Bill Rutherford, Director of Environmental Services. Rutherford says that not speeding is likely the best way to keep everyone safe.

Ditches, water, mud and gravel are among the challenges to navigate on the grounds of the Towe String Road facility.
