Wendy Renee Harness (Bumpus) Seiber age 46, of Fratersville, TN, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021, at the Methodist Medical Center, Oak Ridge, TN after long stint of sickness.  Wendy was born February 8, 1975, at Methodist Medical Center, Oak Ridge, TN and attended Anderson County High School.  Everyone that knows Wendy can testify that she was a big-cutup and loved her family, especially her 4 children, 6 grandchildren, host of Nephews and Nieces she helped in raising, and her beloved Furbaby “Furbie”. 

Wendy is preceded in death by her mother, Viner Jane (Vennie Davis) Harness, her older Sister Dolly (Davis) Jacks, her younger brother, James Edward Harness Jr.  Stepdaughter, Shannon Seiber.  Paternal Grandparents Thomas Lee Harness & Lillie Mae (Rutherford) Harness York.  Maternal Grandparents John & Angeline (Carroll) Davis. Host of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Husband: Frank James Seiber of Lake City, TN.

Father: James Edward (Jimmy) Harness Sr of Lake City, TN.

Children: Daughters: Brittany (Jake) Jared of Red Boiling Springs, TN.

                                   Breann (Brandon) Hyzer of Gainesboro, TN.

                                   (Twin) Jessica Bumpus (Scotty Driggers) of Lenoir City, TN.

              Son:  (Twin) Jordan Bumpus of Carthage, TN.

         Grandchildren:  Trevor & Blake Jared, Austin Hyzer, Greison Sines, Ahlyna Douglas &  

                                    Lucas Driggers.

Brothers:

Freddy Duane Harness of Fratersville, TN.

Roy Lynn Harness of Dutch Valley, TN.

Sister:

Carla Harness


Nephews:  Travis Jacks, Brandon Jacks, Eric Harness, Joseph Harness, Christopher Harness,

                  Tommy Harness, Arron Harness, & Josh Harness, TJ Harness and Dalton Harness 

Nieces:            Virginia Andrews, Trinity Harness, & Miranda Harness.

Ex-spouse:  Jonathan Eric Bumpus.         

And a host of special Great Nieces & Nephews, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, extended Family, and special Friends.

Wendy’s wishes were to be cremated and be buried beside her brother James.  All Family, extended Family, and Friends are invited to her Burial Graveside Service which will be held at later date at Briceville Circle Cemetery, Briceville, TN.  We will post updated information on Facebook and by Word of Mouth.
