He was the beloved Husband of Pandora Blankenship (nee Duncan) for 44 years.
Devoted Father of Brian (Tammie Gentry) & Nick (Kimberlie Dobbs) Blankenship.
Cherished Grandpa of Brittany (Patrick) Mattingly, Courtney Blankenship, Austin Blankenship, Samantha Blankenship, Kevin, Alli & Caitlin Streaker.
Adoring Great Grandpa of PJ Mattingly, Madyson Couch & Remington Holston.
Loving son of Bill Blankenship & the late Bertie Blankenship.
Dear Brother of Duncan Blankenship & the Late Larry (Sandra) Murray.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association.

Visitation will be held at the Naegele, Kleb & Ihlendorf Funeral Home, 3900 Montgomery Rd, Norwood, Ohio 45212 on Wednesday, December 8 from 5-7PM, with funeral services following at 7PM.
Burial will be held on Friday, December 10 at 1PM in the Valley View Cemetery (Elk Valley, Tennessee).
