Investigators with the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit and the Caryville Police Department converged on the Waffle House Friday afternoon.

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – An arrest was made Friday afternoon at the Waffle House by the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit following a months-long investigation. The CCSO response to a citizen complaint ended with the arrest of Anthony James Silcox.

An official with the CCSO notes that Silcox was allegedly selling drugs on Waffle House property on Hwy 116 at I-75. “We’re focused on investigating citizen complaints and keeping our county safe,” said Sherriff Robbie Goins.

Silcox, 31, 312 Abilene Circle, Caryville was arrested for the first time according to jail records.
