Debra Louise (McCloud) Ballew, age 59 of LaFollette, departed this life on Friday, December 3rd, 2021. 

Visitation will be on Thursday, December 9th, 2021 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home from 12:00 to 1:00 PM with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM. The interment will follow the funeral service at Powell Valley Cemetery.
