LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Brandon Robinson was a wanted man by the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office. On Monday around 10:30am, Capt. John Long went to a home at 912 East Central Avenue, next to the Campbell County Annex.

Long said he went to the home of Edward Robinson, Brandon’s brother, and Brandon Robinson was arrested for violation of probation from criminal court.

In the meantime, the captain saw a clear bag on the floor near Edward Robinson and picked it up. Edward Robinson then allegedly asked Long, “You’re not going to charge me with that are you?” “I have to. It’s meth,” said Long. Edward shot back that it was not meth. After a closer look, Long realized the substance was likely heroin. He was charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance.

Both unemployed, the 40-year old Brandon Robinson was arrested for the 31st time while Edward Robinson, 36, was booked for the 21st time based on jail records. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/01/2021-6AM)
