LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The City of La Follette, by the looks of its agenda, has a busy night ahead with the appointing of a new city council member and approving beer license renewals.

Former Mayor Mike Stanfield was ousted from office last month over legal woes prompting Vice-Mayor Phillip Farmer to step into the role of mayor thus leaving a vacancy on council.
