JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – On Saturday evening, Deputy Justin Phillips responded to a call on Bunch Lane, Jacksboro. While Phillips was at the home, he made contact with Amber Davis who was standing in the corner of a bedroom. Her eyes were closed, and she was swaying from side to side, according to a report from the sheriff’s office.

Davis allegedly told Phillips that she had snorted Heroin prior to arriving at the residence. Deputy Phillips saw Davis pull a small plastic bag containing a crystal like substance from her right pant pocket. She allegedly reported that the substance was Methamphetamine.

Davis, 21, 974 Park Lane, Andersonville was charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 11/26/2021-6AM)
