JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Combined efforts of Jacksboro Police, the US Marshall Service, Anderson County Sheriff’s Office and the 7th Judicial District Crime Task Force netted a wanted man this afternoon in Anderson County. Officers tracked Alexander Foye to a home at Lake City and placed him under arrest.

Over the past several days, these agencies collaborated in efforts to obtain Foye and place him into custody. Information obtained by the US Marshal Service led them to a home in Anderson County, off of old Lake City Highway, where Foye was placed under arrest without incident.

Foye was considered armed and dangerous.

The 19-year old Foye is being transported to the Campbell County Jail by the Jacksboro Police Department.

Foye is a suspect in an October shooting into an occupied home at Jacksboro. He was wanted on five counts of felony reckless endangerment and five counts of aggravated assault. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 11/15/2021-2:30PM)
