CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – A Caryville man listed as disabled by jail records was recently arrested for the 25th time. Campbell County Deputy Sheriff’s Justin Phillips went to the Dilbeck Lane home of Jon Travis Dilbeck and placed him under arrest.

Prior to his Nov. 2 afternoon arrival, Phillips allegedly had prior knowledge that Dilbeck was a wanted man. The 49-year -old Dilbeck’s lengthy arrest record includes four DUIs (driving under the influence), auto burglary, aggravated assault, criminal trespassing, six driving on revoked along with four PIs (public intoxication).

Dilbeck remains housed in the Campbell County jail this morning without bond. He has a violation of probation out of criminal court with a court date of November 29. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 11/15/2021-6AM)
