Roger Walker is on the left, and Lee Leatherwood is on the right.  Lee is the Blue Ribbon Winner of the Chili Cook-off held Friday by Postmark LaFollette’s ArtShine Co-op open house.   Lee is also owner of Manahouse coffee in Jacksboro.


LAFOLLETTE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – Postmark LaFollette ArtShine Co-op Artisans had a great turnout to kick off the Christmas shopping experience with our local Artisans.

It was a busy evening and many were able to buy some very beautiful handmade and handcrafted goods.  Wood Bowls and trays were one of the highlights of the evening.  These Fun Time Fridays, held quarterly, support economic opportunity for local artists.

Postmark LaFollette’s ArtShine Co-op is furthering the arts in our community by providing space for them to develop economic development through the arts as well as learning about the business behind the business.      

Funds raised through the Chili cook-off will help Postmark to purchase some additional display pieces to help showcase the local handmade, hand crafted goods.

Our Christmas shopping hours have been extended on Mondays to 10 am to 6 pm and Saturdays to 10 am to 5 pm Wednesday’s and Friday’s hours will stay at 10 am to 2 pm Their Facebook page will soon offer a coupon code to receive 10 percent off on a purchase, one time per customer.
