LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A La Follette man in violation of probation from criminal court remains jailed this morning without bond. However, it was a moving violation that landed 39-year- old Jess Robert Miller in jail this time, his 25th arrest, based on jail records.

La Follette Police Officer Zach Daugherty’s traffic stop on Miller’s vehicle on North 21st Street ended with a trip to the Campbell County Jail. Daugherty initially pulled Miller over just before midnight on Monday, October 25, for a light law violation.

Miller, of Nevada Avenue, La Follette, faces the light law charge along with charges of driving while suspended and violation of probation out of criminal court. He’s being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in criminal court on Nov. 29. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 11/05/2021-6AM)
