CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – It was barely morning, 12:30am, when Campbell County Sheriff’s Sgt. Joseph Weaver made his first arrest of the day.

The sergeant made contact with 23-year- old Matthew Walker Seprish of Shawnee Drive, Jacksboro, at the Waffle House at Caryville on Thursday, October 7. Weaver checked on the warrant status for Seprish and learned he had an outstanding warrant from Campbell County Criminal Court.

Seprish remains housed in the Campbell County Jail this morning awaiting a Nov. court date.

Based on jail records, Seprish is unemployed and was arrested for the sixth time. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/19/2021-6AM)
