CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – Campbell County’s 10th Fields of Faith event unified members of the community in the name of worship.

Held last night in the Caryville Elementary School gym, the event featured worship music, student testimonials and more. Fields of Faith is part of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

This year’s speaker for the event was Frank Reynoso, who has been involved in ministry for over 23 years.

According to event organizer Coach Brian Miracle, Fields of Faith in Campbell County is about coming together as one community, uniting to worship Jesus.

During the event, students gave testimonials and performed skits. This year’s main skit depicted students fighting about the best way to worship Jesus, then Jesus steps in and sets them all down to have their feet washed.

The moral is that “at the end of the day, Jesus washed everyone’s feet and Jesus loves everyone and so should we.”

Despite weather preventing this year’s Fields of Faith from being held at the football field, the event went well and drew a crowd to the Caryville Elementary gym.

“We’re just so blessed and grateful to gather as a community in worship,” Miracle said. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/07/2021-6AM)
