JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Jacksboro Police are investigating the case of a deceased male that was found early Wednesday morning at the car wash in front of Walmart.

According to Jacksboro Police Chief Jeremy Goins, on Oct. 6th at 4:55am, the Jacksboro Police Department responded to a civilian complaint of a male subject unconscious on a bench at the Bo’s Place Car Wash in front of Walmart. When officers arrived, they found a male subject deceased.  

“We are in the preliminary part of this investigation. Our investigators are attempting to review video footage and are in communication with the University of Tennessee Forensics Center, where the body has been transported  for examination,” Goins said. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/06/2021-6AM)
