Faye Medley, age 68 of LaFollette, departed this life on Sunday, September 26, 2021, at her home. She was born on December 9, 1952, to the late James Luther Wilson and Dorothy “Bowling” Wilson.  Faye was a loving wife of 39 years, a mother, and a grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also loved to travel, read, rescue animals, and collecting vintage items.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers Tom Wilson and Paul Wilson.

She is survived by her loving husband Bob Medley; sons Trevor Medley of Knoxville, Damon Medley and wife Jaimie of Detroit, MI, and Matthew Waugh and wife Whitney of Knoxville; daughters Patricia Siwinski and husband Michael of Caryville and Sharon Slover and husband Mitch of Jacksboro; sister Beckey Peer of Kentucky; grandchildren Johnnie Ward and husband Ethan, William Simpson, Dallas Medley, Austin Slover, Noah Cooper, Carter Medley, Kayden Slover, Gianna Medley, Grayson Waugh, and Sadie Waugh; Faye also leaves behind a host of loving nieces, nephews, special sister Louise Wilson, special friend Wilma Turner, and a host of extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, September 30, 2021, at Martin Wilson Funeral Home, with funeral service to follow at 8:00 PM with Bob Medley and Michael Aiken officiating.
