JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – “As discussed at the last planning commission meeting, due to the Labor Day Holiday next Monday, Sep. 6, we have moved the next planning Commission meeting to Thursday, Sept. 16 at 5 pm,” said Jordan L Rockwell, community planner, with the East Tennessee Development District.

There will be a workshop at 5 pm with 2 items: 1) Presentation of the Campbell County Bicycle/Pedestrian Master Plan by Gresham-Smith and Fairpointe Planning followed by a 2) Workshop on shared septic systems/privately owned sewer systems and development density. Michael Caudill will be present for the discussion as well as Mark Lejune and likely a few others with experience in this area.

Rockwell will send out the agenda and materials this next week.
