Dennis Stokes, 69, of LaFollette, passed away September 9, 2021. He was a member of Coolidge First Baptist Church and a U.S Army Veteran. He is preceded in death by, Wife: Evon Evans Stokes, Parents: Condy Stokes and Margie Prater, Brothers: James E. Stokes and Coen Stokes, Sisters: Lenora Prater and Kay Stokes.

Survivors:

Daughters: Tracy and Donnie Kitts, Stephanie and Justin Stepp

Girlfriend: Reda (Sweetcakes) Duncan and Daughter: Jenny Duncan and Son: Jody Duncan

Sisters: Romona Kimmel, Lena Bailey, Donna Overton, and Elaine Henegar

Several Nieces and Nephews, Cousins, and other relatives and friends

Family will receive friends 5 PM – 7 PM Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Cross-Smith Funeral Home. Funeral Service 7 PM at Cross-Smith Chapel, with Rev. Jeff Green officiating.  The Family will meet at 9:30 AM Wednesday, September 15, 2021 for a 10 AM interment at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery with military honors by Campbell County Honor Guard.
