JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Looking for a healthy energy drink, meal replacement shake or just something refreshing like a loaded tea? Head down to Norris Lake Nutrition, a fresh new business in Campbell County.
Owned and operated by Verlin and Jessica Hatfield, the nutritional specialty drink shop opened up in late May and is located next to the C4 Family Fitness Gym, which is also owned by the Hatfields. It is across from Clayton Homes.
The business crafts specialty drinks, “loaded teas” and great tasting meal replacement shakes, as well as special kids drinks.
Loaded teas and specialty drinks come with vitamins and minerals and can be tailor crafted with more or less caffeine.
Currently the business has a special going that if you come in and order a drink and share it on facebook tagging Norris Lake Nutrition, you will get $1 off your drink.
According to the Hatfields, they opened the business to bring something “healthy, fresh, and new” to the area.
Other specialty drinks include “Beauty drinks” which include collagen and “Immunity drinks” to boost your immune system. Meal replacement shakes that taste like banana cream pudding or butter pecan ice cream are some favorites.
The business takes call in orders, offers curbside service and delivers to businesses ordering four or more drinks.
The Hatfields invite everyone to come down and try something new. A tentative ribbon cutting event is scheduled for Sept. 3 at 11 a.m. when the business will have drink specials.
Norris Lake Nutrition is open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday and closed on Sundays. To call and order ahead, here’s the number 423.494.0841. The address is 102 West Street in Jacksboro beside C4 Gym.
