SPEEDWELL, TN (WLAF) – Campbell County Sheriff Robbie Goins announced in the 11am hour that the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) is assisting in a fatal shooting investigation.

One person is dead this morning following a shooting at a home on Powell Valley Shores Circle.

Investigators with the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office answered the call that came in at 7:34am Thursday morning.

Details are sketchy though it was confirmed that one person is dead and another person was involved in the incident. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 08/19/2021-8:10AM)
