South Tennessee Avenue at East Kentucky Avenue closed; tree down

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A large tree has fallen across South Tennessee Avenue this morning at East Kentucky Avenue. Loop Road is the alternate route.

The downed tree where South Tennessee Avenue meets with East Kentucky Avenue will be an hours long clean up.

Public Works Director Casey Boshears tells WLAF that it’ll be several hours before the road can be cleared and both lanes will reopen. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 08/18/2021-8AM)
