JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- The Campbell County Grand Jury recently returned numerous indictments. These individuals will be arraigned Mon. Aug. 23 at 8:30 am.

Christie Leach- theft under $1,000

Christie Leach – tampering with evidence, driving on a revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia

James Truitt, II -simple possession of schedule II controlled substance -Methamphetamine, driving on a revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of the registration law

Toby Wilson-  second offense DUI, driving on a revoked license, Ignition Interlock Device

Charles Marlow II- assault

Gregory Phillips and Megan Cross – theft over $1,000 (Phillips and Cross), possession of schedule II controlled substance -Methamphetamine (Phillips only)

Eddie Hamblin -escape, evading arrest, theft over $2,500

Travis Sprott – reckless endangerment with deadly weapon, possession of a handgun while under the influence, two counts of underage consumption of alcohol 2

Raymond Smith – 10 counts rape of a child 10, six counts statutory rape by authority figure, six counts aggravated statutory rape, three counts sexual exploitation of a minor

Justin Bennett -stalking, harassment, four counts aggravated stalking

Donald Ridenour – possession of  Methamphetamine  more than .5 grams with intent to sell, tampering with evidence, possession of a schedule V controlled substance with intent to sell, altering registration plates, fourth offense DUI, driving on a revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving in possession of Methamphetamine, evading arrest

Joseph Perkins- possession of schedule I controlled substance less than .5 gram with intent to sell, possession of schedule II controlled substance less than .5 gram with intent to sell, possession of schedule V controlled substance with intent to sell, three counts of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, DUI, possession of a handgun while under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving in possession of Methamphetamine

Michelle Johnson- criminal trespass, public intoxication

Natasha Jaeger- failure to exercise due care, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage
