JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – The Campbell County Planning Commission met Monday evening, approving both a minor lot subdivision, as well as a boundary line adjustment.

Planning Commission members approved an easement preliminary plat for a minor lot subdivision for Sanford Borondy on Hueston Woods Road (Speedwell).

There was some discussion as to whether or not the road was a county road, but it was determined to be public right of way. County Planner Jordan Rockwell recommended approval of the subdivision, which would just be divided into two lots.

Also approved was a boundary line adjustment for two properties in Valley View Estates on Little Creek Lane.

According to Rockwell, property owners are not going to build anything additional as there are two houses already on the properties. “They just want to move the property line a bit. They are not going to build on it,” Rockwell said.

Due to a scheduling conflict, the next county planning commission meeting is set for Thursday, September 16 at 6 pm. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 08/03/2021-6AM)
