CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – Of all of Brandon Chase Brock’s 28 arrests over his career, he may not forget this one anytime soon. As Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy Justin Phillips patrolled Highway 116 in Caryville, he saw Brock toss a Dr. Pepper can out of his car onto the side of the road.

Brock’s actions prompted the deputy to pull him over on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 21. Phillips also had a warrant for Brock’s arrest.

Brock, of La Follette, allegedly told the deputy he had a bag of Meth in his cigarette pack, and Phillips recovered it. Also located were two glass pipes one with burned residue inside of it believed to be meth.

The charges levied against the 38-year- old Brock include possession of a schedule II controlled substance, a capias/bench warrant, violation of the litter law and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Based on jail records, Brock is unemployed and was arrested where Ridgeview Circle Road intersects with Highway 116. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 07/30/2021-6AM)
