ROCKY TOP, TN (WLAF) – The annual summer event hosted by Powell-Clinch Utility District (PCUD) was this morning at the utility’s main office. Every year PCUD joins with several area local chamber of commerce, including Campbell County, and hosts a joint Chamber Coffee.

It was another impressive turnout for PCUD’s Chamber Coffee event.
