TOP PHOTO: The new welcome sign is up with the flower bed soon to follow.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – “We’ve started the process of erecting the new sign where the other one was torn down on the lower end of La Follette,” said City Administrator Stan Foust.

Here is a before, after and current look at the City of La Follette welcome sign and flower bed on the west side of town at the Community Trust Bank Wier Woods office.

The “after” look came the morning after (February 17, 2021) the flower bed and sign were destroyed the night before.
This is the new sign that just went up.

Foust says the masonry work should start in a couple days.
