LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A Clairfield man wanted in Campbell County and in another state was arrested on May 24.

Campbell County Sheriff’s Det. Sgt. Joe Hopson was called to 822 Coolidge Road for a wanted person at that address. Hopson arrived around 10pm to find 38-year- old Joshua Paul King sitting in a car in the driveway.

The unemployed father of four was wanted on a violation of probation from General Sessions Court and a violation of probation out of Circuit Court, according to the arrest report from the sheriff’s office. King was also wanted out of neighboring Whitley County, Kentucky.

Hopson noted that King was arrested without incident. Jail records indicate this was King’s 12th arrest in Campbell County. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 06/02/2021-6AM)
