JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- The following indictments were returned last week by a Campbell County Grand Jury. These cases will be arraigned Mon. June 7 at 8:30 am.

  • Carlos Phillips- DUI
  • George Smith-  aggravated domestic assault  
  • Joey Bailey- aggravated criminal trespass, assault, disorderly conduct, possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth)   
  • Michelle Johnson- resisting arrest, evading arrest, public intoxication   
  • Michelle Johnson- domestic assault   
  • Michelle Johnson- criminal trespass   
  • Glen Howard – third offense DUI, third offense driving on a revoked license, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, altering registration plates      
  • Rodney Etters and Geneva Adkins- possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth) under .5 grams with intent to sell (Etters and Adkins), driving on a revoked license (Adkins)        
  • Christie Bush- second offense DUI, third offense driving on a revoked license, possession of a schedule III controlled substance
  • James Jones- second offense DUI, driving on revoked license, four counts of reckless endangerment           
  • Amanda Adkins- theft under $1,000
  • Michelle Johnson- criminal trespass
  • Michelle Johnson- public intoxication
  • Robert Morgan- domestic assault, public intoxication
  • Michelle Johnson – public intoxication
  • Timothy Carroll- attempted aggravated criminal trespass, resisting arrest, possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth)   
  • Travis Smith – possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth), introduction of contraband into a penal facility, attempted tampering with evidence  
  • Michael Kennedy- assault
  • Nicholas Knight- possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule III controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule III controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, resisting arrest, evading arrest
  • Danielle Hawkins- simple possession of a schedule I controlled substance       
  • Timothy Carroll- two counts violation of order of protection
  • Timothy Carroll – public intoxication, possession of a schedule II controlled substance
  • Travis Smith- second offense driving on a revoked license  
  • Anthony Herron and Rebekah Underwood- reckless burning, filing a false report, criminal trespassing
  • Kevin Angel- two counts of theft over $10,000
  • Donald Ridenour- third offense DUI, driving on a revoked license
