LAFOLLETTE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF) – Tails and Tales. That’s the title of this year’s Summer Reading Program at the LaFollette Public Library.

“Due to the pandemic, the Summer Reading Program for the LaFollette Public Library will be a much scaled down version of our usual program,” said Library Director Nancy Green.

Every child who enrolls will be given a Tails and Tales book marker and pencil. There will not be weekly programs, but prizes will be awarded for books read. Every child who reads 50 books will win a LaFollette Library Summer Reading T-shirt.

“On the last day of the program, we will have a pizza party on the lower grounds of the library. If you have further questions, call the library at 423.562.5154,” said Green. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 05/27/2021-6AM)
