LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Last Tuesday night, May 4, 42-year- old Roger Dean Rose was in the yard of his Stinking Creek Road home.

As Campbell County Det. Sgt. Joe Hopson was patrolling Stinking Creek Road around 8:30pm, he noticed Rose and remembered that Rose had an outstanding warrant against him out of Anderson County. Central Dispatch confirmed the warrant.
