KNOXVILLE, TN (WLAF) – It’s a rematch this afternoon of the April 22 dual between Campbell and the Wildcats. Coach Josh Parker notes that there’s been a change of venue with the Cougars-n-Cats playing at Tyson Park at Knoxville. The Cougars nipped Oak Ridge 5-4 in that first meeting, and these two teams play for the district tennis tournament championship at 4pm.

Campbell and Oak Ridge are on to the regional tournament regardless of today’s outcome. Campbell won the regular season district title and finished the regular season 10 & 0.

Doubles teams from CCHS of Garrett Medley/Jack Leach will be playing the runner up of District 4 (a Farragut team), and Nate Walden/Drew Croley will be playing the District 4 champs (Maryville).
