JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – The Open Arms Ministry Food Pantry of Campbell County would like to thank all who came out to support last Saturday’s benefit yard sale and fundraiser.

The event raised needed funds to help feed the community. “We appreciate everyone that donated, purchased and volunteered. We met a lot of new people in the community and renewed old acquaintances. Without all of you, this couldn’t have been possible,” said Open Arms volunteer Terri Phillips.   Open Arms Food Pantry is a non-profit organization staffed by volunteers.

An Open Arms Food Pantry benefit yard sale and fundraiser was held on May 1.

Each month the pantry helps feed 1,800 to 2,000 people in Campbell County, and donations are always needed.

Donations can be sent to P.O. Box 433, Caryville, TN, 37714 and can also be dropped off at the pantry location at 1112 McGhee Lane, Jacksboro, 37757, near the National Guard Armory.
